Discipline is the the dreaded word for weight loss seekers! They view the whole timeline of weight loss prescribed by experts as something unachievable.

They look at the sculpted bodies of surfers & athletes as something which God created themselves!

The weight loss diets are inhumane!

So where are we? Are we ever going to start something constructive & life changing?

Here are some tips by the makers of Phenocal–

  • Don’t look up the whole staircase - INSTEAD JUST CONCENTRATE ON THE FIRST STEP. That’s all.
  • First 1 /2 hour is important. If you have followed some routine away from your couch or Burger King Drive through, you have already covered 1 / 4 th of the journey
  • Relax… THINK FIT…..THINK SLIM…..THINK ABOUT THE FAVORITE DRESS THAT IS LYING IN THE CLOSET..
  • Take a long bath….Pamper your body
  • Whenever you get a chance, do a jiggle…even with your dog!
  • This will condition your body & mind to be active!
  • Have a good sleep
  • Now look at the 2nd STEP OF THE STAIRCASE…..SPEND SOME MORE TIME THAN YESTERDAY UNTIL YOU HAVE STOPPED ENJOYING

Honestly, the journey has begun…There are no more mental blocks….
